Job summary

Moto is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join our team at Severn View Services, Junction 1, Bristol. You will greet customers, handle orders, replenish displays, and help maintain a clean, inviting store that delivers a memorable shopping experience.

Shifts run between 5.30am and 11pm on a mix of weekdays and weekends. We offer weekly pay, discretionary bonus potential, generous staff discounts, enhanced benefits, and funded qualifications to support your development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Process orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Deliver brand standards to a high level of customer service
• Resolve challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
• Receive deliveries and replenish displays to ensure product availability
• Keep workspace and store clean, tidy and welcoming
• Supervise adult gaming areas
• Work with colleagues to promote teamwork and a positive store culture
• Leave customers with a memorable shopping experience they want to repeat
• Prepare the store for the following day’s trade
