Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a WHSmith Retail Assistant at Grantham Services, A1 Gonerby Moor. You’ll greet customers warmly, process orders promptly, and keep displays replenished while upholding brand standards.

Shifts run 7am–11pm across weekdays and weekends. Earn £12.90 per hour with weekly pay, discretionary Christmas bonus, staff discounts, and opportunities for development within our team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
