Job summary

Moto is hiring a WHSmith Retail Assistant at Trowell Services, M1 between Junction 25 and 26, Trowell, Nottingham. You will greet customers, process orders, replenish displays and uphold brand standards across a busy travel hub.

Shifts vary between 7am and 11pm, 21 hours per week, with weekday and weekend work. We offer discretionary bonus pay, up to 55% staff discount, enhanced benefits, funded qualifications and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
