Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service

• Deliver our brand standards and maintain a welcoming store
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric approach
• Receive deliveries and replenishing displays for product availability
• Keep workspace and store clean, tidy and presentable
• Monitor adult gaming areas and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork and a positive culture
• Leave customers with a memorable experience and encourage return visits
• Prepare the store for the next day's trade
