Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. on Oxford Street is seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to bring the Harry Potter Shop experience to life. You’ll welcome visitors, deliver memorable service and keep the store running smoothly during busy trading periods.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), fixed-term until 10 January 2027, with a seven-day rota including weekends and Bank Holidays. Working hours are between 7am and 10pm, onsite at our flagship store near London’s attractions.

• Maintain high shopfloor standards, ensuring products are well presented and the environment is clean and inviting.
• Work with pace and efficiency to replenish stock and maintain product availability throughout the day.
• Support back-of-house activity, including delivery processing, stock organisation and replenishment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities during busy periods, remaining calm and positive at all times.
• Follow all health & safety, loss prevention and cash handling procedures., Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.

Positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Willingness to work across shopfloor and back-of-house areas. Retail experience is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
