Your New Role... We're offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team at the Harry Potter Shop, located in the heart of King's Cross Station, as our newest Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you'll help conjure memorable experiences for every fan who steps into our store while driving sales and upholding spellbinding visual standards.
In this role you will be expected to adapt to the needs of the business includes working weekends, bank holidays, and during peak seasonal periods, depending on the rota. Retail Assistants will rotate across all areas of the shop floor, including operating tills, engaging with customers from around the world, and keeping our shelves stocked. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
