Job summary

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. at the Harry Potter Shop in King's Cross Station is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant.

You will engage with visitors, drive sales, restock shelves, operate tills, and maintain spellbinding visual standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and peak periods and is a full-time onsite position (40 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, engaging manner.
• Passion for the Harry Potter brand and ability to work weekends and peak periods.

• Retail Assistants will rotate across all areas of the shop floor, including operating tills, engaging with customers from around the world, and keeping our shelves stocked.

  If you have experience in retail, customer service, or a visitor-focused environment, and you're passionate about delivering spellbinding experiences, , Previous retail experience or experience working with the public (if a school leaver, work experience is desirable)

• Able to communicate clearly and confidently with the public.
• Able to use own initiative.

Your New Role... We're offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team at the Harry Potter Shop, located in the heart of King's Cross Station, as our newest Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you'll help conjure memorable experiences for every fan who steps into our store while driving sales and upholding spellbinding visual standards.

In this role you will be expected to adapt to the needs of the business includes working weekends, bank holidays, and during peak seasonal periods, depending on the rota. Retail Assistants will rotate across all areas of the shop floor, including operating tills, engaging with customers from around the world, and keeping our shelves stocked. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
