Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Support the achievement of sales, conversion, and ATV targets.
• Maintain accurate pricing, promotions, and stock levels.
• Process deliveries and book stock onto the system accurately.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and effective.
• Encourage customers to join the company mailing list.
• Participate in regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
• Work with the Store Manager and team to achieve store objectives.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures when required.
