Job summary

Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson group, is seeking a Sales Assistant in Glasgow to join our service-based retail team. The role involves helping customers, handling digital printing, canvas art and photo gifts, with full training provided.

We value a friendly, proactive attitude, and you will work across 5 days a week (40 hours) including weekends, with opportunities for progression and a generous staff discount. No prior experience required as training covers service and sales skills.

Sales Assistant for Max Spielmann, a Service Based Retail Company

Location: Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Ayrshire.

Job Type: Full Time, Mobile Colleague

We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and encourage creativity with your day to day tasks including digital printing, making canvas wall art and personalized photo gifts. We specialize in photo ID and portrait photography where full training will be given.

You would enjoy multitasking and use your personality to make the customer experience memorable, turning first time customers into customers for life.

The job is more than a sales assistant and for the right person the role will be rewarding and enjoyable. Our business encourages a fun and buzzy atmosphere with energy and motivation being key.

If you are self-motivated, bonus hungry, keen to learn new skills and take pride in customer care, selling and possess high personal standards, you are the perfect person to join our team.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends.

This role is based across the central belt, candidates must be willing and able to get to different branches as and when when required.
