Holland & Barrett in Guildford is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to welcome customers and guide them to the right wellness products. You will contribute to a positive shopping experience, support promotions, and maintain store standards while working as part of a friendly team.

With 20 hours per week and a focus on customer service, training and development are provided. Applicants should enjoy helping people, communicate well, and be comfortable using tablets and digital tools.

As a Retail Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating welcoming, inspiring experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
