Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Highcross Shopping Centre, Leicester, is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to deliver welcoming and informative customer experiences while supporting store operations.

You will work approximately 15 hours per week at £13.17 per hour, assisting customers, stocking shelves and promoting wellness products. Training will build product knowledge for helping customers decide on the best solutions both in-store and online.

What you’ll be doing

• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
