Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Oxford is hiring a Retail Assistant for a part-time role of 10 hours per week. You’ll welcome customers, help them find wellness products and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service.

You’ll stock shelves, support promotions and work with the team to maintain high store standards. A passion for health and great communication are key, and training will be provided to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
• Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
• The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and helping them find products for wellness goals.
• Recommending products with confidence while delivering customer service.
• Keeping shelves stocked and displays merchandised.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and operations.
• Collaborating with team to achieve store goals and create a positive experience.
• Using consultative approach to understand needs and recommend products (in-store or online).
• Completing Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and guidance.
