Protyre Autocare - Retail Assistant / Service Advisor

Protyre Autocare is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant / Service Advisor to join our expanding team. We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering excellent training and development opportunities.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in person and over the phone to help achieve company objectives while maintaining high customer service standards.

Location

Protyre Wilmslow, home to Wilmslow Performance Tyres

About You

Role Responsibilities

• Booking vehicles into the diary
• Greeting customers
• Ordering parts into the centre
• Providing high-standard customer contact
• Working safely and complying with health & safety regulations
• Notifying management of any additional vehicle faults
• Performing other duties as reasonably required
