Our stations team at Crewe is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as a Customer Service Assistant - Retail - Part Time - 17.5 hours.

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide travel assistance, information, and guidance to customers to ensure they are well-informed and confident.
2. Assist with travel needs, offering reassurance, problem-solving, and accurate journey advice.
3. Guide customers through ticket purchases, assist with timetable inquiries, manage queues, and support ticket machine use for efficient service.
