Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant in the United Kingdom for a permanent, part-time role of 10 hours per week at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them choose health and wellness products, and support store operations to deliver a positive shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
