Holland & Barrett is hiring a Retail Assistant on a permanent, part-time basis (10 hours per week) at £13.70 per hour. You’ll create welcoming experiences for customers, help them choose the right health and wellness products, and support promotions while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates stay organised, enjoy teamwork, and are confident using tablets and digital tools to assist customers online and in-store.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.


• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.


• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.


• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.


• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.


• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.


• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
