Job summary

Holland & Barrett, a leading health and wellness retailer in the UK, is hiring a Retail Assistant on a permanent contract for 10 hours per week. The role includes key holder responsibilities with opening and closing duties, and £13.17 per hour.

You’ll create welcoming customer experiences, support promotions, and help customers choose products that fit their wellness goals. You’ll receive training and benefits such as holiday leave, wellness resources, and employee perks.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
