Company Shop Group in Darlington is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our busy Darlington Superstore. You will deliver friendly, high-quality service to members and support daily store operations, keeping the shopping experience outstanding.

Working 16 hours per week on a rota, you’ll cover early mornings, evenings and weekends, with pay at £12.75 per hour. Full training is provided, and no prior retail experience is required to start.

Join Our Team as a Sales Assistant based at our Darlington Superstore.

We are looking for hard working individuals that are enthusiastic and enjoy a challenge. Someone who enjoys meeting people and puts our members at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that each and every one of our members gets the shopping experience they deserve. In this role, you will work as part of a team within a busy, retail environment. Previous retail experience may be useful, however full training will be provided.

Details of location and shift pattern:

Location

Company Shop, Haughton Road, Darlington, DL1 2BJ

Rate of pay

£12.75 per hour, paid on a 4 weekly basis

Shifts

16 hours per week working 4 out of 7 days on a rota basis. The hours of work are between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 9pm Saturday and 8am and 6pm Sunday
