Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them select products that support their wellness goals. You will deliver outstanding service, maintain shelves and displays, and support promotions across Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and Hemel Hempstead branches.

You’ll join a supportive team, receive training to build product knowledge, and enjoy a range of employee benefits. This role is fully on-site with flexible weekend availability and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to stay organised and work as part of a team.
• Comfort with using tablets and digital tools.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
