Job summary

Holland & Barrett is looking for a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them select products that align with their wellness goals. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain store presentation and collaborate with the team to hit store targets.

Training will build product knowledge and trusted guidance for customers, both in store and online. A proactive, friendly approach and an interest in health and wellness are essential for success in this busy retail environment.

• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether in store or online.
• Completing our training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
