Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Retail Assistant in a part-time role. The position is permanent with 10 hours per week, at £13.70 per hour. You will help customers, keep shelves stocked and support store promotions to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You'll join a team that values friendly service, product knowledge, and collaboration, with access to training and wellness resources. This role is on-site at our Oxford location.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.


• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.


• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.


• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.


• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.


• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.


• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
