What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customers’ day, every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up the shop floor, maintaining tidy fitting rooms, and managing stockroom organization
• Processing transactions quickly and efficiently at the till, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking new deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet standards
