Nike Birmingham Bullring - Retail Assistant (Stockroom) - Full Time

Nike Birmingham Bullring is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Retail Assistant (Stockroom) to join our team and deliver world-class service to our customers.

• Expertise in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to create a premium brand experience.
• Experience in assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches), including training new staff.
• Ability to support various store functions such as operating cash registers, managing incoming/outgoing stock, restocking products, and building visual displays, while recommending products to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales/services effectively.
• Ability to inform customers and team members about NIKE products and services.
• Willingness to enhance your knowledge through training tools and courses on sales trends, products, and company culture.

Availability:

• 40 hours per week (full-time).
