Primark Leeds Trinity is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our store. You will help customers, keep shelves tidy, and process till transactions with a friendly, fast service.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a fixed-term contract ending 2 January 2027. A commitment to customer experience and team collaboration is essential.

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

Contracted hours: 8 - 20 hours per week
Shift pattern: Full flexibility is required, with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends; specific schedules will be discussed and finalised during the interview

• Applicants must be aged 18 or over where the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

As a Retail Assistant you'll be making customers' day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
