Job summary

Primark Lincoln is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support across shifts. You will help customers with sizes and purchases, keep the shop floor attractive, and process till transactions with a focus on accuracy.

The role offers flexible hours and a friendly team environment in a fast-fashion setting. The position is a fixed-term contract ending 02 January 2027, with 12–20 hours per week across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Contracted hours: 12-20 hours per week
Shift pattern: Full flexibility required for this role minimum 5 days working. Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends– all will be discussed at interview.

• Applicants must be aged 18 or over where the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

As a Retail Assistant you’ll be making customer’s day, every day. Here’s a taste of what that looks like in action.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced – all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
