Job summary

Primark is seeking a Retail Assistant in Bath to join our store team on a fixed-term basis until 02-Jan-2027. You’ll work 8–20 hours per week with varied shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, keeping the shop floor presentable, and handling till duties with a friendly, professional approach. The ideal candidate will be 18+, have good communication, be a team player, and take pride in fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with sizes, styles, purchases or returns.

• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, handling queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking and pricing new deliveries and ensuring products go to the floor correctly.

Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends - all will be discussed at interview.

• Providing customers with an amazing experience as you assist them with things like sizes or styles, purchases or returns.
• Setting up a good looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floors that showcases all the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries. Getting our products our onto the sales floor making sure they are correctly priced - all while making sure everything meets our high standards.
