Moto Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our awesome team, delivering M&S Simply Food's handy range, quality food items and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests quickly and accurately.
• Maintain brand standards in store presentation.
• Resolve customer enquiries with a positive, customer-centric approach.
• Receive deliveries and replenish displays for high product availability.
• Keep workspace clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver teamwork and a positive culture.
• Create a memorable shopping experience for customers.
• Assist in preparing the store for the following day’s trade.
