Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser to deliver in-store execution across Kidlington area. You will visit stores on a set schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri, Thu), set up and maintain product displays, and report findings with photos using company systems.

The role requires strong organisational skills and experience in merchandising or customer service, with the ability to work independently while following client instructions. Health and safety adherence and timely reporting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inform Team Leader of problems (e.g., missing stock or access issues).
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Kidlington area

Hours: 8 hours per week across the following days with an 08:00 start time.

• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Friday

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays

• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues)
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally
• Keep up with any required training or certifications
• Complete all store visits on time
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best
