Job summary

eXPD8 are recruiting a Retail Merchandiser for the Salisbury area. You will deliver high-quality field activity across stores, set up and check displays, and ensure compliance with client briefs and standards.

Work will follow a Friday and Saturday schedule (14:00–17:00). You will report via mobile devices and communicate with the District Team Leader to flag risks and keep activity on track. Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Able to organize own work and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and reliable reporting using a mobile device.
• Comfortable working independently and following instructions.
• Understanding basic health and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow planograms and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe, compliant and visually appealing.
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit.
• Report issues (missing stock, access) to Team Leader.
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company.
• Complete all store visits on time and stay on brand.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Salisbury area.

Hours:

• Friday - 14:00 - 17:00
• Saturday - 14:00 -17:00

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit
• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues)
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally
• Keep up with any required training or certifications
• Complete all store visits on time
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best
