Job summary

eXPD8 in Kidlington is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to deliver high-quality field activity across assigned stores on an 8-hour week, with 08:00 starts on Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri. You will set up, maintain and check product displays to match client briefs and standards, visiting stores on schedule.

You’ll work independently, report progress with photos, follow planograms, build relationships with store staff, and flag issues to your District Team Leader to keep activity on track.

• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with any required training or certifications.
• Complete all store visits on time.
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Kidlington area

Hours: 8 hours per week across the following days with an 08:00 start time.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.
