Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a Retail Merchandiser for the Didcot area. The role involves setting up and maintaining product displays, following planograms, and delivering accurate reports from each visit.

You will work five hours per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 08:00, visiting stores on schedule. You will be responsible for safe, compliant, and high-quality in-store execution, building relationships with store staff and reporting outcomes clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service required.
• Strong time management and organisation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and following instructions.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for reporting and updates.
• Basic health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Didcot area

Hours: 5 hours per week across the following days with an 08:00 start time:

• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Complete all store visits on time
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best
