Established in 2011, Vapouriz is recognized as one of the leading manufacturers and retailers of premium electronic cigarettes and E Liquids in Europe. We produce various flavors of e-liquids across multiple brands in our UK plant using state-of-the-art machinery.

Position: Retail Assistant at Vapestore, Guildford

As a Retail Assistant, you will build meaningful and professional relationships with customers by listening to their needs and making suitable recommendations. Your role is vital to the success of the Vapestore by encouraging repeat business and engaging with the local community.

We seek a passionate sales person who can offer flexibility with working hours, including some weekends, with opportunities for additional hours during the week to cover holidays and sickness.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of Vapouriz to customers and generate sales through recommendations and upselling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales-driven team.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and goals.
• Provide customer feedback and observations to management.
• Maintain store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensuring the store is tidy and easy to navigate.
• Support Vapouriz's aims and ethos by setting a good example in dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
