Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in Gosport to be the face of our Defence stores, delivering customer service and upholding brand standards.

You’ll work 19 hours per week, mainly evenings and alternate weekends, with eligibility to serve alcohol and be 18+. We offer a supportive team environment with progression opportunities.

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 19 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes a real pride in what they do, takes pride in their food and most of all, join a company that takes pride in its people.

The role mainly consists of evenings and alternate weekends in our community store
