Compass Group UK&I Defence division is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant (20 hours per week) to be the face of our operation, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the Defence brand across military sites. You’ll join a team that takes pride in its people, its food, and its service.

In this role you’ll serve customers with a personal touch, know our service, handle cash, maintain health and safety standards, and work well under pressure.

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.
