Compass Group UK&I Defence ESS is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to join our busy team. The role is 10 hours per week, with variable shifts and a 50.2 weeks per year contract.

You will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service as part of Defence operations. You will help customers, handle cash, and contribute to a friendly team in a fast-paced environment while representing the Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 10 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
