Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Retail Assistant to support Defence services in a busy on-site environment. This role is part-time (18 hours/week) across 50.2 weeks per year, focusing on welcoming customers, handling cash, and delivering friendly, accurate service. You will join a team that values pride in its people and standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities to develop and progress while upholding health and safety and brand integrity.

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 18 hours per week.
