Job summary

Holland & Barrett at Hempstead Valley is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant for 10 hours per week, at £13.17 per hour. You will welcome customers, help them choose products for their wellness goals, and deliver outstanding service.

You will receive training to build product knowledge and confidence in recommending solutions, with a friendly team and a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.

What you\'ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use aconsultative approach to understand customers\' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing ourQualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
