Job summary

Holland & Barrett is looking for a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and help them find products that match their wellness goals. You’ll deliver excellent service, keep shelves stocked and support promotions while collaborating with your team to create a positive shopping experience.

Full training will be provided to build product knowledge and trusted guidance. A friendly, organised individual with strong communication skills will thrive in this busy retail environment.

• Using a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend products, in-store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
