Job summary

Aramark UK at Vimy Barracks in Catterick Garrison is seeking two Retail Assistants to deliver excellent service in the shop and bar, with flexible hours and weekend work.

The roles offer training, career growth, and a benefits package. 20 hours per week over four days, pay £12.71 per hour for over-21s, with on-site parking and meals on shift.

Qualifications

• You must be a UK resident for the past 3 years and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Over 18 years old.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering/maintaining a high standard of service in every aspect of retail.
• Maintaining stock levels and replenishing stock on shelves.
• Cleaning shop shelving, refrigeration, and counters to maintain cleanliness.
• Completion of paperwork and cashing up tills at shift start and end.
• Offer excellent customer service to all customers.
• Be flexible in all aspects of working rosters, including weekends.

Location: Vimy Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PS
Pay rate:£12.71 per hour(over 21s)
Contract type:Permanent, part-time,20 hours per week, 4 days over 7 (including some weekends)
Shift times: Possible start time of 1030 and a latest finish time of 2200, working in both the Retail Shop and occasionally in the bar.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements:you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

Whatyou’lldo:

• Cleaning shop shelving, refrigeration, and counters as needed to ensure that the shop always maintains the highest standard of cleanliness
• Completion of paperwork and cashing up of tills at the beginning and end of each shift
• To offer excellent customer service to all consumers
• Must be flexible in all aspects of working rosters (including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays).
