Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Camberley is hiring a Retail Assistant for 20 hours per week. You will welcome customers, help them choose wellness products and deliver friendly, confident service. Keep shelves stocked, support promotions and store presentation, and work with the team to hit daily targets.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
• Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
