Holland & Barrett in Wokingham is hiring a Retail Assistant on a permanent part-time basis (8 hours per week) at £13.17 per hour. You’ll welcome customers, help them choose products for wellness goals and deliver outstanding service.

The role focuses on stocking, merchandising, promotions and maintaining high store standards to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.

• Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
