What will I be doing?

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customers’ day, every day. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service, assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns
• Setting up an attractive shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, while keeping the stockroom organized
• Delivering a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the till, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receiving, unpacking, and checking deliveries, ensuring products are correctly priced and meet our standards
