Job summary

PSD Group is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a diverse London and South East portfolio, including office, retail and residential assets. You will drive value through strategic management, leasing initiatives and capital projects, while maintaining strong tenant relationships and focused on income growth.

The role requires a commercially minded professional with 2+ years in asset management, solid financial skills and experience coordinating across internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in commercial property or asset management, ideally with office/industrial exposure.
• Strong financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and property metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to improve financial and operational performance.
• Identify and execute value-add opportunities through leases, refurbishments, and redevelopment.
• Maintain positive tenant relations to maximise retention and rent collection.
• Coordinate leasing with external agents; negotiate renewals and new occupiers.
• Monitor market trends and occupier demand for informed decisions.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and asset plans.
• Review performance metrics, reports and valuations to assess risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with property managers, finance and development teams for smooth operations.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects from conception to completion within budget.
• Report portfolio performance and key initiatives to senior management and investors.
