Job summary

Savers is hiring an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The role involves training in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days, leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll be supported by your team and a tutor to develop essential retail skills.

You’ll help deliver excellent customer service, engage with customers, and uphold store standards while working in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. There is a clear progression plan and benefits package.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent
• Not in education and available for full-time shifts
• Has not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Brand new to retail

Responsibilities
