Job summary

Savers is recruiting an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant. Training will be in-store over the first 12 months with no college days, leading to the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You will be supported by your team and tutor to achieve this in-store progression.

You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, helping customers, building relationships in the local community, and enjoying benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Scotland National 4's)
• You are not currently in any form of education and you are available for full time shifts
• You haven't completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail

Responsibilities

• Help customers and create a great Savers experience
• Maintain store standards and contribute to a welcoming in-store environment
• Engage with the local community and promote store deals and promotions
