Job summary

Savers is seeking an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and train in-store for the first 12 months. The role focuses on delivering great customer service and maintaining store standards to create a Savers smile.

Training leads to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with full support from teammates and a tutor. During the programme you will be in-store, with no college days, and you’ll complete discussions and observations to prove your progress.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent
• Not currently in any form of education and available for full-time shifts
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Brand new to retail

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide friendly service in-store
• Support store team to maintain high store standards and presentation
• Help with daily tasks and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
