Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking an Allocator for a 12-month FTC in London to manage merchandise allocation and replenishment for a global retail business. You will own monthly newness launches and daily store replenishment, collaborating with Demand Planning to ensure stock aligns with forecasts.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and a commercial mindset, with opportunities to grow within Capri’s brands and benefit from a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel capability including Vlookups, Xlookups, SUMIFs, pivots and conditional formatting.
• Commercial awareness and basic KPIs such as cover, sell-through, and LY/Sales vs LW.
• Strong mathematical skills and an analytical mindset.
• Fast learner with system-based work and high attention to detail.
• Interest in a career path in retail planning; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly newness launches and align initial allocations to stores precisely.
• Own daily replenishment to stores via auto and manual allocations in line with forecasts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to support replenishment forecasting.
• Execute seasonal stock builds and markdowns per planning directions.
• Provide weekly reporting on product ownership, opportunities and risks.
• Maintain allocation and replenishment systems for optimal stock flow.
• Partner with DC operations to ensure smooth inventory movement.
• Support store openings/closures and implement grading with replenishment parameters.
• Incorporate current trading patterns into replenishment actions and suggest improvements.
