Job summary

EE is hiring a Retail Advisor to work in our store-within-a-store at the Gloucester Costco. You’ll proactively approach Costco members and discuss EE phone, broadband and TV packages, building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced, commission-driven role.

With uncapped commission and an on-target earnings around £5,000 a year, you’ll enjoy extensive benefits, flexible shifts, and access to training and progression opportunities as you grow with EE.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; drive to succeed and confidence to be yourself.
• Training provided to become the face of the EE brand.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach Costco customers and start conversations about EE phone, broadband and TV packages.
• Talk exclusively to Costco members and help customers find the right EE solutions.
• Promote products, close deals, and maximise commission through strong customer relationships.
