Job summary

Molton Brown, a leading global fragrance brand, is seeking a Retail Advisor for its concession in John Lewis, Chelmsford. This 5-month contract is for 22 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.45.

You will guide customers through fragrance, body care and home scenting to help them choose products and enjoy a personalised shopping experience. No previous retail experience is required; reliability and teamwork are valued.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
