Molton Brown, a flagship brand under Kao, is seeking a Retail Advisor for a concession in John Lewis, Chelmsford. This part-time role is a 5-month contract at 22 hours per week, offering a competitive hourly rate and staff discounts.

You will guide customers through our fragrance, body care and home scenting ranges, aiming to deliver an exceptional, personalised experience and help achieve store targets.

As Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products. You’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
