Molton Brown in Gretna is recruiting a Retail Advisor for a 3-month fixed-term contract, 10 hours per week. You will welcome customers, guide them through our fragrance and body care range, and help them find products that fit their lifestyle.

No prior experience is required; we value reliability, a team-first attitude, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Benefits include staff discounts and progression opportunities.

Molton Brown is at the heart of everyday indulgence; every sensory moment evokes a memorable experience and one we would love you to share with our customers as a Retail Advisor at our Gretna Gateway Outlet store. This is a 3-month fixed term contract working 10 hours a week.

As Retail Advisor, you won't just sell products. You'll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don't need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day to achieve store targets.
